Just discovered Lisa Glanz. She is an illustrator who has some really cute brushes for sale. (I could not resist and bought the set called “instant artist”) and this is her tutorial using them. What fun! Feels a little like cheating, but learned some cute things to tuck away for the future. Especially the power of layer modes – and the concept of doing your shading on a separate layer and then playing with the modes to see what you get. Sometimes – you surprise yourself!
